The left image (A) shows an example of a patient with a parasitic tumor supply: in this case the tumor is supplied by a strong right inferior phrenic artery, which is the most common variant of parasitic tumor supply. The right image (B) provides an example of a favorable vascular supply for TACE: a small branch of the segment two artery enables a superselective embolization.
