An overview of experimental design. The induction of spinal cord injury (SCI) was followed by the transplantation of green fluorescent protein–labeled adult human neural stem/progenitor cells (hNS/PCs) obtained from the epileptic human brain with PuraMatrix scaffold after 10 days. The Basso, Beattie, and Bresnahan (BBB) locomotor score was accessed after the induction of SCI.
