RNAseq was performed on EGFR mutant lung cancer cell lines PC9, H1650, HCC4006, and H1975 treated in vitro with 300 nM osimertinib or DMSO control for the indicated times. The data are from one distinct sample per time point. a Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was performed using the Hallmark MSigDB gene sets and the Normalized Enrichment Scores (NES) for the high-ranking gene sets are indicated for the osimertinib-treated sample relative to DMSO control. b For PC9, H1650 and HCC4006 cells, positive NES for IFNα and IFNγ gene sets are graphed in contrast to negative enrichment scores for cell cycle associated gene sets G2M checkpoint, MYC Targets V2, and E2F Targets.
