Participants Women having CS under spinal anaesthesia
Interventions Interevntion 1: ondansetron (8 mg in 2 tablets) + 2 mL distilled water IV
Intervention 2: 2 placebo tablets + ondansetron IV
Comparator: 2 placebo tablets + 2ml distilled water
Outcomes Primary outcome nausea and vomiting
