Correlation analysis of quantitative and semiquantitative results. Spearman’s Rank correlation analysis performed on quantitative (Biocrates) and semiquantitative (Metabolon) results shows a strong correlation (r = 0.79–0.97) and comparable predictive value for each pathway measured.
