IL-4-induced activation of STAT6 and STAT3 contingent on T cell CD62L status. (a) Whole spleen homogenate derived from naïve 6–8-week-old female BALB/c mice were stimulated with 50 ng/mL IL-4 in vitro for 24 h prior to flow cytometric analysis. Representative histograms showing pSTAT6 expression among pre-gated CD4 and CD8 T cells partitioned based on CD62L status. MFI (pSTAT6) of both (b) CD4 and (c) CD8 T cells. Similarly, the expression of pSTAT3 among T cell subsets with respect to CD62L was evaluated (d–f).
