Morphological aspect of a B cell precursor leukemia (SEM) and a T-ALL (Jurkat) cell lines. For TEM analysis, samples were fixed in 2.5% glutaraldehyde and post-fixed in 2% osmium tetroxide, dehydrated in acetone solutions and included in Araldite Durcupan ACM (Fluka). Samples were then counterstained with uranyl acetate in saturated solution and lead citrate and observed under transmission electron microscope Zeiss EM910 at 100 Kv.
