There was no minimum wage legislation in six EU countries in 2015 (Denmark, Italy, Cyprus, Austria, Finland, Sweden); therefore, the weighted (by population) average value for the remaining countries was used for the states with no minimum wage; this mean was 39.3% of the average wage.
