This is a direct translation from Baka. Testing revealed that parents found the question most clear when we described children in this way. A child with a “good head” is one who generally embodies community values and is admired by adults. A “head smacker” can be understood as a child whose behavior makes you slap your forehead and wonder how he or she got that way.
