Fig. 8 — CEFs of black feathered Langshan chickens were induced to differentiate into iPGCs and injected into the embryos of White Plymouth Rock chickens. The injected iPGCs migrate to the genital ridge and develop into germ cells. The recipients with transplanted iPGCs produced viable offspring showing characteristics of black feathered Langshan chickens by self-crossing.
