YchF interacts with initiation factor 3 (IF3). (A) The enriched material described in Figure 4 was analyzed with antibodies against initiation factor IF3. (B) The material in panel (A) was further analyzed by mass spectrometry after cutting the entire SDS-PAGE lane into slices, which were subjected to in-gel trypsin digestion. Detected peptide intensities divided by the number of possible peptides of a given protein from the UV-treated and the control sample (-UV) are shown.
