Different concentrations of the listed prazole drugs were incubated with HSV-2-infected Vero cells for 24 h, and virus released into the medium was then quantified by plaque assays. Data presented include the EC50 value (concentration at which virus release is inhibited by 50%). Methods are described in the footnote of Table 1.
