High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) chromatograms (a) radioactive peak of [¹⁸F]TMP195 detected with radioactivity detector, (b) [¹⁸F]TMP195 associated cold mass was detected with ultraviolet detector and (c) TMP195 detected with ultraviolet detector. [¹⁸F]TMP195 peaks detected by both ultraviolet (250 nm) and radioactive traces were consistent with TMP195 ultraviolet peak, thus confirming the identity of the target tracer.
