Overall survival. Kaplan–Meier analyses were used to estimate overall survival. Patients were observed from the line of therapy initiation to death (event), or the observation period of patients without a subsequent line of therapy was censored at the end of follow-up (censoring; i.e., first event end of data availability, and end of continuous medical activity). Patients at risk were defined as the total number of patients who were still observed (no prior event and no censoring) at the specific time period (i.e., patients without the study event prior to that time point and who were still followed)
