Participants	99 participants with symptomatic chronic heart failure proven by echocardiography or Tc‐Szintigraphy ( EF <45%).
Interventions	Telmisartan versus candesartan versus additional treatment
Outcomes	Insulin sensitivity; correaltion between natriuretic peptides ( as a surrogate for severity of heart failure) and impaired glucosemetabolism
