Animals per group N=3 (sham, FFP, cryoprecipitate) and N=6 (LR). Genes of interest discussed in this paper are highlighted in green. *P-values adjusted by Benjamini-Yekutieli method. **Fold change of CXCL10 is skewed by one LR animal with very high expression of CXCL10; excluding this value results in a log2 fold change of 3.0 (LR vs. sham).
