NP-40 (or Igepal)	0.075%	10% v/v	740 μL
Spermidine	0.5 mM	250 mM	200 μL
Beta-mercaptoethanol	1 mM	1.43 M (1:10 dilution)	70 μL
Deionized water			Bring to 100 mL total

MNase Digestion Buffer can be made ahead of time, aliquoted, and stored at −80°C indefinitely. We recommend 500 μL aliquots.
