Different concentrations of 20E were injected into a pupa on day 2. Equal diluted volume of DMSO was used as the solvent control. The protein markers are the same as (A). (C and D) 20E promoted pro-CTSD expression and G-pro-CTSD secretion in the blood plasma by time. Equal amounts of diluted DMSO were used as solvent control. ACTB was detected as protein quality control. The loading controls were the proteins of hemolymph by SDS-PAGE as the control for blood plasma. (Ci and Di) Statistical analysis of (C and D).
