Watering of soil-grown two-week-old wild-type (WT) and ccoaomt1 mutants (ccoaomt1-1 and ccoaomt1-2) was stopped for 11 days and survival rate was calculated at 1 day after rewatering and photos were taken. (B) Water loss of WT and ccoaomt1 mutants during dehydration stress treatment. Water loss was calculated with percentage value (%) from the weight loss versus initial fresh weight from three-week-old plants.
