PAMAMs induce deregulation of pro-apoptotic markers (Bax, Caspases-3, −8 and −9) in comparison with their control and inhibit anti-apoptotic markers (Bcl-2). Cells were treated with: G₄NH₂ and G₆NH₂ PAMAMs and lapatinib. GAPDH was used as a control for gene expression in this assay. Data are presented as a percentage of treatment relative to the control (Mean ± SEM; n = 3). Statistical analysis was performed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
