In previous work, we measured if a recoded, rewritten gene would be able to functionally replace the native gene or is faulty9. The results for 471 genes are contained in the rows “Functional” and “Faulty”. The columns refer to the counts for these same genes with respect to the comparison of transcription curves between native and rewritten genes as observed after measurements described in this work.
