Proliferation of CD4+ (A) and CD8+ (B) T cells. Lymphocytes obtained from mice immunized with the mix of peptides (Mix1: LBR1, LBR2, LBR3, LBR4 or Mix2: LBR5, LBR6, LBR7, LBR8) were incubated with peptides for 72 h and T cell proliferation was analyzed by flow cytometry using the CFSE dilution method. Lymphocytes cultivated in the absence of a stimulus (W/o ConA) were used as a negative control and lymphocytes cultivated with Concanavalin A were used as positive control (ConA). The data shown are from two independent experiments. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-test and confirmed by “t” test, where *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 and ****p < 0.0001 in comparison to unstimulated lymphocytes (W/o ConA).
