NETs-associated cathepsin G regulates the expression of E-cadherin in HCC cells in vitro. (A, B) Western blot analysis of E-cadherin and CXCL8/IL-8 level in HuH7 cells treated with NETs-CM. Cells were stimulated with NETs-CM for 20 hours. Experiment was repeated three times.
