Activity and subcellular localization of SIRT1 in HMC3 cells upon Aβ42 exposure. Cells were treated for 6 h with Aβ42 (0.2 µM). SIRT1 enzymatic activity was evaluated in lysates immunoprecipitated for SIRT1 (A). Nuclear (B) and cytosolic (C) expression of SIRT1 were investigated by Western blot analysis on purified fractions.
