Size and percentage of the populations of GalNAc-AAV2. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis was done using a Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZS. 50 μL of each sample was placed in a specific DTS0118 cuvette from Malvern and analysed by volume. The size in nm and the percentage of this population in each sample are detailed in the table. Each test is the mean value of 15 measurements.
