(B,C) PID 1683 and PID 2669 resulted in similar levels of non-conversion between PBMCs and LNMCs, p = 0.08 and 0.13, respectively. Non-conversion rates of CpG sites were significantly above the assay background of unconverted cytosines at non-CpG sites in all samples (p = 0.0001).
