Purification of plasma EVs using commercial kits. EVs in plasma from HIV-negative individuals (D = donor) were precipitated using ExoQuick™ (SBI), the Total Exosome Isolation kit (Thermo scientific), and Exo-Spin™ (Cell Guidance Systems).
