Confocal analysis of HeLa cells transiently transfected with GFP-FOXC2 and GFP-FOXC2(H199Pfs264*) constructs. The evaluation of protein nuclear localization reveals that p.H199Pfs264* generates protein aggregates which colocalize with an irregular DNA staining. In green, FOXC2 constructs tagged with GFP.
