The redox couples of ascorbate (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) in the wild type (Col-0) and the mutant lines (trxh2, trxo1 and trxo1h2). Arabidopsis plants grown under medium light conditions were harvested at the end of the night (EN) and the end of the day (ED), respectively.
