Representative immunofluorescence images of HCF cultured on non-irradiated or E-beam irradiated (25 and 50 kGy) PMMA for 7 days, and immunostained for ALDH3A1, focal adhesion kinase (FAK), integrin β1, and smooth muscle actin (α-SMA).
