Assessment of the number and length of dendrites in differentiated neurons. rNSCs were seeded onto laminin-coated AuNC-aECMs, and after 2 days, cells were treated with indicated laser irradiation parameters (0.5–5.0 W/cm² for 1–5 min). After 14 days, cells were analyzed with immunocytochemistry. The immunostaining images were analyzed with a custom-made MATLAB script to quantify the length and number of neuronal dendrites (A,B).
