Partial reperfusion of a previously ruptured and coiled basilar bifurcation aneurysm with crossing Neuroform2 Treo stents deployed in preparation for coil retreatment (A). A small 2-mm/1-cm soft coil spontaneously displaced after electrolytic detachment from the aneurysm to the right P1 segment (B). Within 24 hours, further migration into the P3 segment occurred.
