Higher expression of miR-101-5p is associated with better survival of HER2 + breast cancer patients. Survival curves presented as Kaplan–Meier plots for HER2 + breast cancer patients in the METABRIC dataset (n = 160). There is a significantly better breast cancer specific survival (BCSS; p = 0.012; (a)) and overall survival (OS; p = 0.039; (b)) with above median expression of miR-101-5p.
