Mean ± SD amino acid contents of samples are expressed as mg/g of seed weight. Statistical analysis following a One-way ANOVA test with a post-hoc Tukey test (proline), a Krustal-Wallis test by ranks (tryptophan), or a Welch’s ANOVA test with a Games-Howell post-hoc test, was performed. Different letters under each amino acid content show statistically significant differences between samples.
