Please note that 1 Hz wide bands have usually not been specified explicitly by the authors, i.e. some ambiguity exists, whether an x Hz band refers to the x Hz or to x + 1 Hz band (most likely it does and is assumed in this table) or to the x − 0.5 to x + 0.5 Hz band.
