Altered human and microbial metaproteins with an abundance > 7.6 × 10−6 are summarized. In total, 74 metaproteins were significantly changed (Table S1). Housekeeping metaproteins or unknown metaproteins were excluded. The taxonomy column shows the lowest confirmed taxonomic rank. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to analyze differences in paired samples (n = 33).
