Phenotypic analysis in spike-in samples. The HCT116/leucocyte suspension at 1:100,000 dilution was prepared into a self-assembled cell array (SACA) chip and was stained by CK-18 conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), anti-cluster of differentiation 45 (CD45)-AF594, and Hoechst 33258.
