V. alginolyticus clearance enhanced by rPtCLec2. Crabs were challenged with rPtCLec2, rTrx, or PBS pre-coated V. alginolyticus. Hemolymph was collected at 15, 30, and 90 min after V. alginolyticus injection. The bacterial counts in 100 μL hemolymph were recorded, and the experiment was repeated three times.
