For mast cell, neutrophil, lymphocyte, eosinophil: < 2/FOV (+), 3-5/FOV (++), ≥5/FOV (+++).

For blood vessel: < 5/FOV (+), 5-10/FOV (++), ≥11/FOV (+++).
