(A–C) represent the relative levels of γH2AX, olive tail moment (OTM), and RAD51 transcription, respectively. All data are shown relative to the 0 Gy group. The data for Arabidopsis were obtained from our previous study [4]. The OTM values were calculated as (Tail.mean – Head.mean) × Tail % DNA/100 by Komet 5.5 image analysis software (Kinetic Imaging, Ltd., Liverpool, UK).
