Genes marked with blue and red borders in Figure 1 are those whose expression levels have changed. FC(C/B) denotes the differential expression of this UniGene between two samples, and B is the control group. Log2FC is the fold change value of the expression difference between the two groups. The smaller the FC value and the larger the |Log2(FC)| value, the more obvious the gene downregulation. The genes marked in red are those verified by qPCR.
