Anti-inflammatory effects of 5, 6, 9, 1215, and 17 against LPS in BV-2 cells. BV-2 cells were treated with increasing concentration of the selected compounds (0.01–0.1 μM) for 24 h and exposed to 100 ng/mL LPS for further 24 h, and cell viability was evaluated by the MTT assay. Each bar represents means ± SEM of at least four independent experiments. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test. p < 0.05 compared to CTRL; *p < 0.05 compared to LPS.
