There are two pathologically confirmed liver metastases. One 16-mm lesion is present in the right anterosuperior liver segment, and another 7-mm lesion in the right posterosuperior liver segment. The DLLD detects the lesion in the right anterosuperior liver segment and classifies it into a metastasis class with a 100-confidence score, and all six readers detect and properly classify it with a four- or five-point scale confidence score. The DLLD detects the lesion in the right posterosuperior liver segment and classifies it into a metastasis class with a 77-confidence score. However, none of the readers mark this lesion.
