The effect of BGP-15 (BGP), 5-fluorouracil (5FU) and 5FU with BGP (5FU+BGP) treatment on HSP-70 expression and cell viabilityC2C12 myotubes were treated with BGP, 5FU and 5FU with BGP before being prepared as lysates for Western blotting experiments.
