The incident beam and detector angles were set at θ and 2θ, respectively. The vertical slits widths are w, and the spatial resolution, which is given as the shorter diagonal of the lozenge-shaped gauge in the case of the low angle measurement, is h. The observed positions are referred to as the counter electrode side (A), the center of the composite electrode (B), and the current collector side (C), respectively.
