Each line represents the prediction from the multilevel model. The thick line is the overall regression line. Other lines represent each MoA. The dots indicate the predicted values for actual data points. The occasions when no link was proposed in the literature synthesis study (coded as p+ = 1) have been omitted. The negative slope indicates concordant relationships between the two studies with the steepness of the slope indicating the strength of the relationship.
