BAFF-induced metabolic reprogramming was blocked by rapamycin in BV2 cells. (A) On day 0, BV2 cells were pretreated with 100 nM rapamycin for 1 h and then treated with vehicle or BAFF (10 ng/ml) for 24 h, rested for 5 days. BV2 cells were lysed on day 6.
