MiR-9-5p regulates the expression of Numb and several stemness-related genes. (A) StarBase 3.0 was used to detect differences in the expression in normal tissue and primary tumors. (B) Detection of the difference in miR-9-5p expression in CD44+ and CD44− PC3 cells. (C) The TCGA database was used to detect the relationship between Numb and miR-9-5p in PCa patients (FPKM = Fragments Per Kilobase Million).
