Expression of brl1, brl2, brl3 and brl4 in S. commune during mating (qRT-PCR). The expression of brl1 was monitored over a time period of 48 h, while brl2, brl3 and brl4 were analyzed 24 h and 8 days after mating, corresponding to an early dikaryon and established dikaryon, respectively.
