Docetaxel treatment for 48 h induces the upregulation of CXCR4 in prostate cancer cells and CXCL12 in macrophages. (A) CXCR4 was upregulated upon treatment with docetaxel in PC-3, C4-2, and MyC-CaP cells via qRT-PCR. (B) CXCL12 was increased when RAW cells were stimulated by CSF-1 as examined via qRT-PCR.
